SOLIS ARREST REPORT

The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office has recovered much of the $20,000 in stolen property taken from a Crestview business around Thanksgiving.

28-year old Roberto Luis Solis, address unknown, was initially charged November 29th with armed burglary, grand theft over $20,000 and dealing in stolen property.

As the investigation progressed, additional charges of grand theft, providing false information to a pawn broker, and burglary were added.

OCSO deputies say Solis broke into the Crestview Wholesale business at 984 West James Lee Boulevard around Thanksgiving and took items ranging from knives and axes to construction equipment.

A large amount of the stolen property has been recovered and returned to the rightful owner.

Deputies learned Solis also pawned some of the stolen goods and given others away to people who were unaware of the crime.

Solis is also accused of breaking into an enclosed trailer in a storage area.
