ARREST REPORTS
Three California residents are charged with multiple crimes following the execution of a search warrant July 19th by the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit. Deputies searched a residence at 4203 Indian Bayou Trail in Destin and found approximately 55 grams of marijuana, Xanax pills, drug paraphernalia such as bongs, scales, and vacuum sealed bags, and nearly $17,000 in cash.
34-year old James T. Moncallo of Compton California is charged with failure to Register as a Sexual Offender, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 20-year old Benjamin A. Guerrero-Lantz of Modesto California was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance without a Prescription (Xanax), Possession of Marijuana over 20 grams, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 39-year old Donald Colbert of San Jose California was arrested for Possession of Marijuana over 20 grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. All three are believed to have been staying locally for the past few weeks.
