SEXUAL
PREDATOR NOTIFICATION
The
Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office is conducting a community Sexual
Offender/Predator Notification in accordance with the “Public Safety
Information Act of 1997.”
Chad
Christopher Richard has relocated in Okaloosa County. His new address is

is a white male, DOB 06/03/1973, six foot one, and weighing 260 pounds. He has
brown hair and green eyes. Richard is a registered Sexual Offender,
convicted in June 1997 in Brevard County Florida of sexual battery with a weapon
or force. He is currently on probation.
