SEXUAL PREDATOR NOTIFICATION
The Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office and the Valparaiso Police Department are
conducting a community Sexual Predator Notification in accordance with the "Public
Safety Information Act of 1997."
Raymond Elijah Wortham has registered with an address of 79 John Sims Pkwy., unit #228, Valparaiso. This address is the Budget Inn. Wortham was released from prison on September 3.
Wortham is a white male, 28 years old (5-3-1974), five feet, ten inches tall, 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is a registered Sexual Predator with a conviction in 1999 in Duval County of Attempted Sexual Battery on a Child.
