Two drug fugitives from Ohio have been arrested in Okaloosa County. Kevin
Michael Metz (right), age 33 (11-3-67), and Josh David Vivian
(left), age 21 (11-1-79) were taken
into custody this afternoon (Wednesday afternoon) at the 77 Josie Road, Mary Esther
residence they had rented only a few days ago.
Both are named in a First Degree Felony Indictment returned in Butler County, Ohio, last week (July 19). The Ohio charges of "Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity"are in connection with an enterprise that is alleged to have distributed more than 2,500 individual dosage units or "hits" of Methylenedioxy Amphetamine, commonly known as "Ecstacy."
Investigators believe Metz and Vivian arrived in Okaloosa County in recent days, after their indictment by an Ohio Grand Jury. Both have been transported to the Okaloosa County Jail in Crestview to await extradition to Ohio.
